To the smokers that are doing 7-Days of Healthier Eating...

So, you've set a goal for yourself-- 7-Days you're giving up the ciggys! Yay! We are very proud of you and we want to offer you some support. We trust that 7-Days will lead to 14-Days, 30-Days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year...FOREVER.
Here are somethings to help you:

You can buy the teas loose or in the bags, actually for many of these you'll have to buy loose. If you buy loose teas, make sure you get the tea strainer, infuser, or the individual bag filters to put the loose tea in to steep.

Teas:
Mullein Leaf, Damiana Herb, Coltsfoot Herb, Red Clover, Wild Lettuce and Ginseng Leaf.

Essential Oils can help with withdrawal the withdrawal side effects such as irritability, anger, anxiety, stress, nervousness, fatigue, restlessness and panic. You can use them as a spray or dab it on your skin. If you are putting it on your skin, test it first to make sure you are not allergic. Put a small dab on your wrist.

Essential Oils:
Lavendar, Geranium, Frankincense and Sweet Marjoram, Sandalwood, Orange, Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Fennel, and Grapefruit.

Lastly, try tea tree oil sticks.
You can buy all of these things at the health food stores.
