Countdown Wed and Thursday....

Thought for the day: Wellness is a state of mind!

Food for the day: Eat 1 meal that has no meat, dairy, nothing processed, and no soda.

Mind/Spirit: Sit in complete silence with your eyes closed for 5 minutes today.

Body: Park your car a block away from where you are going, once today. If it's a parking lot, park on the otherside of the lot. Get off the bus a block away from where you're going.

Thursday, March 19
Thought for the day: I am a work in progress!

Food for the day: Eat 2 meals that have no meat, dairy, nothing processed, and no soda.

Mind/Spirit: Sit in complete silence with your eyes closed for 10 minutes today.

Body: If you have the option, dont go to the bathroom that is closest to you, go to the next one. *so that means you cant hold your 'tinkle' until the last minute.*
